I work out!

Ok so the other day I decided to make a big lifestyle change. Im eating better and trying to work out everyday. Surprisingly pinterest is a great motivational tool. I see all the pictures of yummy food and then i switch over to the fitness area. There are lots of pics with girls with good bodies, fitness routines, and motivational sayings. Suddemly im not craving sweets anymore! Im also using the sparkpeople app on my itouch and its great. You can input your weight and how much you want to lose and you track all your food and exercise for the day. Its really easy. So here goesn nuthin, im ready to get high school skinny!
